Perched along a dramatic coastal cliff, Cabo Este reveals itself as a sculptural composition.

An architectural gesture where volumes rise organically from the rock, designed to frame an endless landscape.
Minimalist in language yet deeply expressive, the residence embraces a restrained palette of concrete and stone, allowing texture, light, and form to take center stage.

The facade unfolds through a precise interplay of geometries, where solid masses and open colonnades create rhythm and visual tension. Floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, capturing uninterrupted views of the ocean while inviting natural light to wash over surfaces, casting soft, ever-changing shadows throughout the day.
Terraces and retaining walls, carved in natural stone, anchor the structure to the rugged terrain, while winding pathways and desert xeriscape landscaping reinforce a dialogue with the surrounding environment. Every element feels intentional, grounded, and in quiet conversation with the hillside.

Cabo Este is not imposed on the landscape, it emerges from it. A project where architecture becomes horizon, and design transforms the act of living into a continuous encounter with nature.
